About Us

Structure & Management

The governance of the New Zealand Business and Parliament Trust comprises a Trustee Council from which come the members of the Trust Board who exercise the legal functions and obligations of the Trust.

Secretariat

The Trust employs three part-time staff: a Chief Executive, an Executive Assistant who also acts as the Trust’s Office Manager and an Administration Assistant (who assists with major events).

The Chief Executive, whose job it is to ensure appropriate and effective management of the Trust’s operations, recommends appropriate strategic direction for the development of the Trust and contributes to the achievement of the Trust’s aims and objectives.
