The 31st Annual General Meeting was held on 27 June. Trustee and Chairman, Peter Griffiths presided.

Annual General Meeting 2023

In his opening remarks, the Chair noted that while the post COVID environment initially impacted on the plans to deliver a full programme, in the second half of the year the Trust was able to deliver four seminars, two President's dinners and a new Auckland based corporate network event. The Chair also noted with this year being an election year, the Trust has delivered two seminars to date with a third planned in August focusing on the General Election.

The Chair informed the meeting that the Trust's charitable work has continued with the awarding of prizes in politics together with the sponsored competition for the triennial Youth Parliament 2022. Travel grants for schools have continued but are lower due to COVID but there are signs of recovery this year.
