Jo Coughlan

Jo co-founded Silvereye Communications in 2008 and has subsequently worked with a wide range of public and private sector clients across a variety of industries.

Jo has over 20 years of experience in senior public relations and communications roles. She has worked with major corporations in global manufacturing, banking, finance, and served as a press secretary in Parliament.

Beyond her consultancy work, Jo is actively engaged in governance roles, serving three terms as a Wellington City Councillor and Chair of the Wellington City Life Education Trust. She is also the Co-founder and Chair of New Zealand Chinese Language week.

Jo was appointed as a Trustee Council Member of the New Zealand Business & Parliament Trust in 2024.
